Months after the high-profile theft of restaurateur Pinky Cole Hayes’ Bentley Bentayga, Atlanta police have arrested two suspects believed to be responsible for a string of luxury car thefts across the city.

As reported by WSB-TV, the suspects, identified as Kindred Pierce, 20, and Alonzo Longmire, 19, are accused of stealing Cole Hayes’ Bentley during the grand opening weekend of her new restaurant, Voagies, in May. The incident occurred at the same location on Ralph David Abernathy Road that previously housed her popular eatery, Slutty Vegan.

According to police reports, the theft unfolded when Cole Hayes’ husband, Derrick Hayes, briefly exited the vehicle to greet friends. The Bentley, with its keys left inside, was quickly taken by three individuals who arrived on scooters. The suspects sped off toward Interstate-20, leaving Derrick Hayes unable to catch up.

The stolen Bentley was just one of several luxury vehicles allegedly targeted by Pierce and Longmire, including incidents at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. While the exact number of cases linked to the duo remains unclear, both suspects are now in custody at the Fulton County Jail, facing multiple charges.

Pinky Cole Hayes, known for her entrepreneurial success and vibrant personality, shared her frustration on social media, humorously remarking, “I swear this car is not good luck.”

The arrests mark a significant development in the investigation, bringing some relief to the victims of these high-profile thefts. As the case unfolds, Atlanta police continue to investigate the extent of the suspects’ involvement in other similar crimes.
